Specially designed for automatic in-motion check weighing purpose, these machines can handle high speed product throughput up to 100 pieces per minute.

So, how does it work with my production line?

CW series is a range of semi or fully automatic check weighers and they are typically integrated at the end of the production line. The machine will automatically reject any products that are out of the specific weight tolerance, and therefore, preventing under weight products reaching your customers.

Another typical application would be using the checked weight as a feedback data to adjust the in-feed amount of the packaging products to reduce giveaway or under weight feeding of the products.

How about system configuration?

A complete check weigher would usually include the following parts:

- Product in-feeding conveyor.

- Check weigher, or, in the other word, the scale.

- Rejection mechanism.

Products are spaced and fed evenly into the check weigher through the in-feeding conveyor. After weighing, the check weigher will make a judgement according to you specific tolerance if the product needed to be rejected. We provide a few options for the rejection mechanism. Pneumatic rejection arms, air blow rejection, trap door type, diverting gates, etc... all come with or without a conveyor underneath.
