H-ES series Crane Scale
Specially targeted at the price sensitive customers,
the H-ES series give you the best value in the crane scale market. With a mild steel
hanging shackle and a loading hook with safety latch, the structure of the scale also
provide overloading protection for the loadcell. The unit is splash proof and the battery
operated indicator make these scales ideal for outdoor usage.
Optional plug in card can be added to give you
comparator outputs and RS-232 serial interface. The comparator outputs have three region,
Hi, OK and Lo. They can be used for alarming when cooperated with visual and audio alarm.
The size of the 1000 kg to 3000 kg models are (W)260mm
x (L)420 mm and weight 17 kg. The 5000 kg model size are (W)260mm x (L)600mm and weight 20
kg. |

Robust
design with remote control of 15 m in range. Scale front has a large bright LED
display to show gross / net weight. The unit provides reading HOLD function to help capturing desired
reading and a handy weight accumulation function. It can be powered
by an external power adaptor or its built-in rechargeable battery which
provides up to 80 hours of continuous working time. |

Custom made or add-on system onto existing
crane
For existing crane, we can
integrate weighing components into it with little modification. This will greatly increase
the flexible and productivity for the system, and often provide you the best valued
solution.
Special modification can be
arranged for applications with extreme environment. For example, in metal foundry
loadcells with special cabling that can withstand very high temperature can be ordered.
Different method of modification
can be utilized, loadcells under the moving trolley, at the end of cable, shaft pin type
loadcells... all depends on the crane structure. |
