We could make it better than that
In the old days, discharging a bulk container that
over 2000 lb could really be a painful task. Unsafe burst of material from the bag, bad
material flow due to the compaction while shipping, dusty and contamination while
changeover, unbearable long downtime, labor intensive process, unclean bulk bag
discharging...blab blab blab... then we wonder... we could make it better than that...

Everything is now clean, easy and efficient!
Our PD series could be the solution to all these
problems. The bulk bags can now be loaded safely and easily onto the discharger hopper.
Bag is first hung onto the lifting frame with safety latches, and with the help of a
forklift truck, or, by using our optional electric hoist, the bag can be loaded onto the
hopper with ease, all this can be done by one man only.
An intermediate chamber let you choke the FIBC spout
and then untie it safely. Close the chamber door and release the choke to the desire flow
rate. No more nasty bag burst and dusty changeover, it's all done nicely and safely. Bags
with liners are best to be used with a chamber with the addition of the liner tensioner.
This liner tensioner keeps the liner in place and centered in the outlet spout. When the
bag discharging is near the end, the liner will be winded onto the tensioner and avoid
slipping through the outlet spout of the bag.
Bad material flow are now overcame by the bag massager
on the sides of the hopper with the addition of 'Bag Stretcher' device. These massagers
raise and lower at an time interval to help loosen the material inside the bag and pushing
material to fall through the discharge spout. When the bag is nearly empty, the 'Bag
Stretcher' device will lift up and stretching the bag, while the massager strokes will be
increased to eliminate the dead spot near the bag corners, providing you a clean bag
discharge.
Even more can be done with this big boy
By utilizing the 'loss in weight' batching procedure,
our discharger can do so much more than an ordinary discharger. Wouldn't it be nice to
save you more space, labor/equipment and money to batch weigh directly from your FIBC
discharger? Our dischargers provide user friendly setup, automatic or manual operation,
automatic correction on the material free fall error, automatic top-up to prevent under
fed, and so much more.
Features
- Safety lactched bag lifting frame.
- 'Loss in weight' weigh batching.
- Dual speed metering for fast and accurate feeding.
- 1/10000 display resolution capability, precise enough for any
