All that needed to fill a good bulk bag FIBC have gained a huge popularity from the last ten years, it is therefore very important to fill them properly to make them accurately filled, stable and transportable. Our BF series filler will fulfill the task professionally. A lot of thoughtful consideration has been put into this product design to bring you the very best machine for your filling task. Bag is hung securely by the four corner loops directly under the fill head. The bag inlet spout is then attached to the special sealer that held and seal the spout firmly without damaging the bag itself. To produce a straight and stable fed shaped bag, the filler will inflate the liner or the bag prior filling. The bag is then suspended while filling to produce straight sides and stable bag. The specially designed coned lift table will lift up and provide support to the bottom of the bag initially to ensure well feed bag corners. Integrated with the lift table is a vibrator to compact material inside the bag with adjustable frequency for different compacting effect. After filling the bag can be removed together with the pallet by forklift truck.

The two speed filling signals will make the filling fast and accurately when integrated with the proper feeder. With the automatic filling started, the machine provide the complete procedures for filling: automatic bag tarring, fill speed control, automatic top-up to prevent under fed bag, automatic material in-flight error correction, material final compaction, etc...
