| HOKLAS is an
accreditation scheme operated by Hong Kong Accreditation Service
(HKAS). The scheme is open to voluntary participation from
any Hong Kong laboratory that performs objective testing
and calibration falling within the scope of the Scheme and meets
the HOKLAS criteria of competence.
The requirements stated are based on the
International Standard, ISO/IEC

Testing and Calibration Laboratories". This International
Standard was jointly published by ISO and IEC and specifies the
general requirements for the competence to carry out tests
and/or calibration, including sampling. It covers testing and
calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard
methods, and laboratory-developed methods.
Our laboratory is
accredited to calibrate scales and balances of capacity up to 100
metric tons, and standard masses from 1 g to 1000 kg. We issue HOKLAS endorsed certificates for our accredited calibrations which
is recognized by a vast number of laboratory accreditation
