It's clean, simple and safe The filling procedures can be handled with minimal labor, enter the product weight required, move in the empty drum under the filling lance and start with the single button operation, it's that easy! Everything else is done for you effortlessly, filling lance lower into the drum, dual speed filling for fast and accurate filling, sub-surface filling automatically raise lance while filling for foaming prevention (optional), lance raise out of the drum and the drip cup kick in to stop any dripping. No more under fed drums, no more messy production!
Filler for 300 liters drum
The controller can accumulate the product weight being fed for your production review later. Filling errors are handled by the special fuzzy logic correction program automatically. All these are transparent to the operator. A fill time monitoring timer will stop filling operation whenever filling time is longer than expected to prevent spillage. Optional air duct can be connected to air filter when handling hazard material that produce harmful fumes.
